Mr. Grove has experience in wastewater treating, chemical engineering, project management, accounting & finance, market development, vendor relationship management and software development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from UHK.

Mr. Banuelos is a senior manager at CalTrans and has over has 25 years of continuous work zone experience with barricades, traffic control, and construction. He holds certificates in SWPPP and Traffic Control. He has designed multiple pollution control systems and traffic control solutions. Mr. Banuelos has a civil engineering degree from UC Davis.

Simon has a civil engineering degree from the University of Sydney and specializes in geotechnical engineering. He is the managing partner of Quantum Geotechnical located in Concord, California.
